Petition under section 42 of the Electricity Act 2003 read with Regulations 22 of Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and conditions for grant of connectivity and open access for intra-State transmission and distribution system) Regulations, 2012 as amended from time to time, for determining the Additional Surcharge for 1^st Half of FY 2025-26 and approval for levying the same to the Open Access consumers till the issuance of the next order.
