Background: This Joint Petition has been filed by the Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Ltd. and M/s Sandeep Solar Power Project for the approval of the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA for short) under Section 86 (1) (b) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulations 56 and 57 of the HPERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2024, in respect of M/s Sandeep Solar Power Project (250 kW).
