Background: This Petition has been filed by M/s PK Constructions (Applicant/ Petitioner) under Section 86 (1) (i) of the Electricity Act, 2003 (Act) read with the Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2024 for change in category of the Petitioner’s Project from Medium Industry Power Supply to Temporary Meter Supply category and consequent disconnection of the power supply of the Petitioner’s Project without following the proper procedure in accordance with law.
