Determination of the rate of Free Power for the Fourth MYT Control Period (FY20 to FY24)

The Commission while determining the Free Power rate for FY20 decided that it will continue with this methodology for determining the rate of free power during the fourth MYT Control Period from FY20 to FY24 with slight changes as explained hereinafter.
