Background:

The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission notified the HPERC (Deviation Settlement Mechanism and Related Matters) Regulations, 2024 on 20.05.2024, as published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh on 21st May, 2024 hereinafter referred to as the principal Regulations

Short title and Commencement:

(1) These Regulations may be called the Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Deviation Settlement Mechanism and Related Matters) (First Amendment) Regulations, 2024.
