HPERC: Himachal Pradesh Electricity Supply Code, 2009, as amended from time to time,-Release of the electricity connections covered under two part tariff Finalization of list of documents under Sub-para (3.1.2) of para 3.1 of said Code.

The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission has notified the Himachal Pradesh Electricity Supply Code, 2009 (Code for short) on 26th May, 2009, which was published in Raj Patra, Himachal Pradesh on 29th May, 2009. The Code was subsequently amended and amendments thereof, were published in Raj Patra, Himachal Pradesh on 16th August, 2014, 7th August, 2018, 5th December, 2018, 4th July, 2020 and 21st January, 2022 respectively.
