This Joint Petition has been filed under Section 86 (1) (b) of the Electricity Act, 2003 and Regulation 50 and 50-A of the Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005 (the CBR, 2005 for short) seeking approval to execute Supplementary Power Purchase Agreement (SPPA for short) to be executed between the Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Ltd.
