Background:
This Joint Petition has been filed by the Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Ltd. (the Joint Petitioner No.1 or the HPSEBL for short) and M/s KK Constructions Solar Power Project (the Joint Petitioner No. 2 for short) for the approval of the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA for short) under Section 86 (1) (b) of the Electricity Act, 2003 (Act for short) read with Regulations 56 and 57 of the HPERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2024, (CBR, 2024 for short) in respect of M/s KK Constructions Solar Power Project (1000 kW)
The Joint Petitioners are directed to execute PPA as per the order dated 29.
