Draft Regulations i.e. the Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Himachal Pradesh Electricity Grid Code) Regulations, 2025.

HPERC-Grid Code(388). In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-section (1)(h) of Section 86, Sub-section (2) (zp) of Section 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003), read with Section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897), and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission proposes to make the following Regulations, namely "the Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Himachal Pradesh Electricity Grid Code) Regulations, 2025.
