HPERC: Public Notice for petition of HPPTCL for approval of capital cost and tariff determination for 4th control period

                         PUBLIC NOTICE INVITING SUGGESTIONS/OBJECTIONS

In the matter of Petition No. 223 of 2025 (Filing No. 211 of 2024)

The Himachal Pradesh Power Transmission Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "the HPPTCL") has filed the present Petition for the approval of Capital Cost and determination of tariff for 4th Control Period from COD to FY 2023-24 for 220/132 kV, 77/102/128 MVA GIS Sub-station (Asset-1) and 220/33 kV, 80/100 MVA Additional Transformer (Asset-2) at GIS Sub-station, Charor, Kullu under Section 62 read with Section 86 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and the Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Transmission Tariff) Regulations, 2011 as amended from time to time.
