The Himachal Pradesh Power Transmission Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "the HPPTCL") has filed the present Petition for the approval of Capital Cost and Determination of Tariff for 5 Control Period from COD to FY2028-29 for LILO of 132 kV Dehan-Bassi S/C line at 220/132 kV (2x80/100 MVA) Dehan Substation under Section 62 read with Section 86 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and the Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Transmission Tariff) Regulations, 2023.
