The Himachal Pradesh Power Transmission Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "the HPPTCL") has filed the present Petition for the approval of Capital Cost and determination of Tariff for the period starting from COD to FY2023-24 for 220/66 kV, 100/126 MVA GIS Sub-station in the Yard of 400/220kV GIS Sub-station at Gumma under Section 62 read with Section 86 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and the Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Transmission Tariff) Regulations, 2011 as amended from time to time.
