Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) has invited bids for setting up a 10 KTA Green Hydrogen Generation Unit (GHGU) at its Panipat Refinery Petrochemical Complex on a Build-Own-Operate (BOO) basis. The first hydrogen delivery is expected within 30 months of the letter of award. Bids are due by April 22, 2024, and will be opened the following day.
