JSERC: Approval for getting supply of power at 33 KV to the petitioner with a contract demand of 1400 KVA

1. The instant petition has been filed by M/s Regal Ingot Private Limited under clause 4.7 of the (Electricity Supply Code) Regulations, 2015 for approval of taking H.T. connection on 33 kV line from Respondent-JBVNL with contract demand of 1400 KVA.

2. The Petitioner in its petition has prayed for the following relief: i) For grant of approval for getting supply of power at 33KV with a contract demand of 1400 KVA.
