Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Intra-State Deviation Settlement Mechanism and Related Matters) Regulations, 2026
These Regulations shall extend to the whole State of Jharkhand and shall apply to all transactions scheduled through the State Load Despatch Centre or otherwise forming part of the intra-state schedule and settlement framework.
