KERC: OP No.12/2023 Direct the respondent to credit back the unutilized energy of 1,22,300 (One Lakhs Twenty-Two Thousand Three Hundreds) units to the petitioner as per the Order dated 18th March 2022 passed by this hon’ble Commission (Annexure – P1).

1) The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 86(1)(f) of the Electricity Act, 2003, praying for the following reliefs to:

a) Call for records from the respondent;

b) Declare that the Order dated 18th March 2022 passed by this Hon’ble Commission is applicable to the petitioner; and consequently.
