The Draft KERC (Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum and Ombudsman) (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2025 was published in the Official Gazette of Karnataka on 20.01.2025 and the same is also made available on the KERC's website https://kerc.karnataka.gov.in.
The Commission has scheduled a public hearing in the matter on 19.
