KERC: Public Notice for Karnataka Electricity Distribution Code (KEDC), (First Amendment), 2026

                                                     Notification

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Sub-section (2) of Section 180 read with Sub- Section (1) of section 15 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (Central Act 36 of 2003), the State Government hereby makes the following rules, namely;-

Title and commencement:-

1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Fees for Application for Grant of License Rules, 2026".
