M/s AEQUS SEZ is a deemed licensee in terms of the Gol Notification dated 03.03.2010 issued by Ministry of Commerce, Gol. M/s AEQUS SEZ has filed the petition dated 28th November, 2024 for undertaking APR for FY2023-24, approval of revised ARR thereon, and for the approval of ARR / determination of retail supply tariff for the Control Period FY2025-26 to FY2027-28, in terms of the KERC Tariff Regulations and the MYT Regulations.
