The Distribution Licensees, collectively referred to as ESCOMs, including BESCOM, MESCOM, CESC, HESCOM, and GESCOM, are regulated under the Electricity Act, 2003. BESCOM submitted its application on 1.12.2023, while the other ESCOMs submitted theirs on 29.11.2023, seeking approval from the Commission for various matters.
