KSERC: Petition of KSEBL for approval of per kVA/kW rates to be collected from different categories of consumers

Background: Kerala State Electricity Board Limited (KSEB Ltd.) filed a petition before the Commission on 09.07.2026, seeking approval of the following per kW/kVA rates for recovery of the reasonable expenditure incurred by the licensee in providing electricity supply, in accordance with Section 46 of the Electricity Act, 2003, in respect of the distribution works undertaken during the financial year 2026-27.
