KSERC: Petition of KSEBL for deviation approval from DBFOO Model Bidding Document for Long term 500 MW RTC Procurement

Background: Petitioner on 02.04.2025 has filed a petition before the Commission, seeking approval for the deviation from the DBFOO Model Bidding Document issued by the Ministry of Power (MoP), Government of India (GoI), for the procurement of 500MW RTC power using the coal allocated under SHAKTI B(iv) to the State of Kerala.
