Background: Petition seeking approval and ratification under Regulation 78 of the KSERC (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2021 for entering into agreements for banking of power with (1) M/s BSES Yamuna Power Limited (BYPL) and (2) M/s Arunachal Pradesh Power Corporation Pvt Ltd (APPCPL) on behalf of M/s BYPL, for meeting the expected power deficit during the period from 1st January 2026 to 30th April 2026.
