Background:
1. The present Petition is being filed on behalf of the Kerala State Electricity Board Ltd. (KSEBL) seeking recovery of excess fuel surcharge incurred by KSEBL over and above the monthly allowed fuel surcharge ceiling of 10ps/unit approved by the Hon'ble Commission vide KSERC (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff), First Amendment Regulations, 2023 during the billing period from April 2024 to June 2024.
