KSERC: Truing Up of accounts of M/s KINESCO Power and Utilities Private Limited for the financial year 2022-23

In the petition the licensee stated that, the licensee has claimed an amount of Rs.163.89 lakhs towards Tax Expenses through Form D 1.1 of the Truing up 31 petition for the year 2021-22 which was not allowed while releasing the order by the Commission.
