Meghalaya State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Fees and Charges) (1st Amendment) (2 of 2024) Regulations, 2017

No. MSERC/REGULATIONS/2017/2024/298: In exercise of the power conferred under section 86(1)(g) and 181 of the Electricity Act 2003 (36 of 2003) and all other powers enabling it on that behalf, the Meghalaya State Electricity Regulatory Commission, after previous publication, hereby amends the Meghalaya State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Fees and Charges) Regulations, 2017 which was originally issued on the 20th June 2017 (herein referred to as the “the Principal Regulation”)

Short title, commencement and extent

(1) These regulations shall be called the “Meghalaya State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Fees and Charges) (1st Amendment) (2 of 2024) Regulations, 2017’’.
