Background: M/s. Bhagwati Ferro Metal Pvt Ltd. have filed the Petition under Section 94 read with Section 142 and 146 of the Electricity Act 2003 seeking implementation and enforcement of Section 40 and 42 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and seeking refund of the cost incurred on setting up of the infrastructures at EHV levels in the manner stipulated in Regulation 4.
