Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd. (MSEDCL) has filed the present Case on 4 October 2024 under Sections 63 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (EA, 2003) read with MERC MYT Regulations 2024 seeking approval for Tariff discovered through Competitive Bidding for Short -Term bilateral Power Purchase for the period from 1 April 2025 to 31 May 2025.
