MSEDCL submits that Regulation 5.1 (c) of MERC (Multi Year Tariff) Regulations, 2019 specifies that the Truing up for FY 2022-23 & FY 2023-24 has to be carried out based on the provisions of the MERC (Multi Year Tariff) Regulations, 2019 and has to be filed by 30th November 2024 by the Distribution Licensee.
