Background: The Petitioner, Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited - Distribution (AEML–D), has filed the Petition on 16 September 2025, being Case No. 208 of 2025, seeking adoption of tariff for procurement of 750 MW power from grid-connected Renewable Energy Power Projects, complemented with power from any other source on Round-the-Clock (RTC) basis, under tariff-based competitive bidding process, to meet its Demand and the Renewable Purchase Obligation requirements.
