Background: Adani Electricity Mumbai Ltd.– Generation (AEML-G) filed the present Petition on 19 March 2024, being Case No. 49 of 2024, seeking direction to Maharashtra State Load Despatch Centre (MSLDC) for formulation of Guidelines for the Ramp Rate Performance Evaluation for intra-state generating stations in the State of Maharashtra and for issuance of revised Ramp Rate certificates for Adani Dahanu Thermal Power Station(ADTPS) for FY 2020-21 and FY 2021-22, after formulation of the Guidelines, in accordance with the MERC (Multi-Year Tariff) Regulations, 2019 (MYT Regulations, 2019).
