MERC: Petition of JNPA for approval of True-up of ARR for FY 2022-23 and FY 2023-24, Provisional True-up of FY 2024-25

Background: JNPA has filed its Petition on 29 November 2024 for Truing-up of FY 2022-23 and FY 2023-24, Provisional Truing-up of FY 2024-25, and Aggregate Revenue Requirement (ARR) and Tariff for the Multi-Year Tariff period for FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30 for its Distribution Business in accordance with Regulation 5 of the Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Multi Year Tariff) Regulations, 2024.
