Background: The Commission passed Multi Year Tariff Order (MYT Order or Tariff Order) dated 28 March 2025 in Case No. 209 of 2024 for KRC Infrastructure and Projects Private Limited (KRCIPPL) approving truing up for FY 2022-23 and FY 2023-24, provisional truing up for FY 2024-25 and determination of Annual Revenue Requirement (ARR) and Tariff for fifth control period of FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30.
