Petitioner: Maharashtra State Transmission Utility (STU)
Background: The Maharashtra State Transmission Utility (STU) filed the present Petition on 14 July 2026 under Regulation 75.3 of the MERC MYT Regulations, 2024 and the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003, seeking approval of certain proposed modifications to the TBCB Guidelines and Standard Bidding Documents notified by the Ministry of Power, Government of India, for intra-State transmission system projects to be developed through the Tariff Based Competitive Bidding route in the State of Maharashtra.
