(MPPL), has filed the present Petition being Case No. 240 of 2025 on 28 November 2025 under Section 86(1) (e) and (k) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulation 39 (a) and (c) of the MERC (Transaction of Business and Fees and Charges) Regulations, 2022 seeking clarification on the regulatory treatment to utility scale Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Power Project intended to be developed by an independent developer on the multiple rooftop areas of MPPL.
