Background: MSEDCL filed its petition being Case No. 233 of 2024 on 12 December 2024 before the Commission, under Section 86 (1)(f) of the Electricity Act, 2003(EA, 2003) and MERC ( Transaction of Business and Fees and Charges) Regulations, 2022, seeking to quash and set aside the various invoices/Supplementary Bills/Bills raised by JSW, which was also heard by the Commission.
