Background: The petitioners, Nidar Utilities Panvel LLP, has filed petition being a Case No. 169 of 2025 seeking adoption of the Tariff and approval of the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) based on the tariff determined under MoP’s Short Term Competitive Bidding Guidelines under Section 63 of the Electricity Act, 2003 for the procurement of 3 MW Round the Clock (RTC) power for the period from 1 August 2025 to 31 July 2026 and 2 MW RTC power for the period from 1 November 2025 to 31 October 2026.
