Background: Raysons Marketing Private Limited (Raysons) filed the present Petition, being Case No. 190 of 2024, on 7 November 2024 under Section 43 read with Sections 86(1)(i) and 86(1)(k) of the Electricity Act, 2003, Regulations 14 and 39 of the MERC (Transaction of Business and Fees and Charges) Regulations, 2022 and Regulations 30 and 32 of the MERC (Electricity Supply Code and Standards of Performance of Distribution Licensees including Power Quality) Regulations, 2021 (Supply Code Regulations, 2021).
