Background: Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited (TPREL) has filed Petition under Section 86(1)(f) of the Electricity Act (EA), 2003 read with Article 8 of the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) dated 01 August, 2023 executed between the TPREL and Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL), seeking extension of Scheduled Commercial Operation Date (SCOD) for commissioning of its 200 MW grid connected solar photovoltaic power plant located at village Dategaon, District Hingoli in the State of Maharashtra.
