Background: M/s. Waterfront Energy Pvt. Ltd. (WEPL) has filed this Petition on 24 June 2025 under Regulation 9.1 (c) of MERC (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Renewable Energy Tariff) Regulations, 2019 (RE Tariff Regulations,2019) and Section 61, 62(1)(a) and 86(1)(e) of the Electricity Act (EA), 2003 for determination of Tariff for sale of electricity to MSEDCL from its proposed 3 MW (1x 3 MW) Small Hydro Project (SHP) located at Vaitarna, Taluka- Igatpuri, District- Nashik.
