In Pursuance of Regulation 8 of the Maharashtra Electricity
Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of
Renewable Energy Tariff) Regulations, 2019, the Commission has
suo-motu prepared a Draft Order in the matter of determination of
Generic Tariff for Renewable Energy Technologies for FY 2025-26
within Maharashtra, which is available on the Commission's website
