MERC: Public Notice in Case No. 173 of 2022 on AENML’s Application for Distribution Licence for area of Mulund, Bhandup

PUBLIC NOTICE UNDER CLAUSE (a) OF SUB-SECTION (5) OF SECTION 15 OF THE ELECTRCITY ACT, 2003 (EA 2003) [Case No. 173 of 2022]

An application for grant of Distribution Licence has been made by Adani Electricity Navi Mumbai Limited (AENML) (formerly known as AEML Infrastructure Limited) along with its parent company Adani Transmission Limited (ATL) for distribution of electricity in the entire geographically contiguous area comprising of Mulund, Bhandup, part of Thane District, Navi-Mumbai, Panvel, Kharghar, Taloja and Uran.
