The Saswad Transmission Limited (STL) has filed an Application for grant of Transmission Licence before the Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission under the provisions of Section 14 and 15 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and the MERC (Transmission Licence Conditions) Regulations, 2004.
