Background: Adani Wind Energy Kutchh Six Limited (AWEKSL) (Formerly known as Adani Renewable Energy (GJ) Limited) has filed the Present Petition on 10 June 2024 under Section 86 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (EA, 2003) read with Article 11 of the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) dated 17 July 2018, executed between the Petitioner and the MSEDCL.
