Petitioner, The Tata Power Company Limited – Distribution (TPC-D) has filed this Petition being Case No. 194 of 2024 on 15 November 2024 seeking approval for Medium Term Procurement of 200 MW Power and for approval of deviations sought in the Model Bidding Documents as notified by the Ministry of Power, Government of India, for Medium Term Procurement through competitive bidding process for meeting the demand from FY 2025-26 to FY 2026-27.
