The Guidelines for Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding for the procurement of power from grid-connected solar PV projects were initially published on August 21, 2023. These guidelines were later amended on November 17, 2023, and February 2, 2024. Several key changes were introduced in these amendments to improve the bidding and procurement process for solar PV power projects.
