The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) has issued an important clarification on ALMM List-II compliance for utility-scale and commercial & industrial (C&I) solar projects in India. Projects installed before 1 June 2026 but unable to achieve commissioning due to genuine and valid reasons may be granted provisional commissioning status.
