The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) has issued major revisions to the Biomass Programme guidelines under the National Bioenergy Programme Phase-I (FY 2021-22 to 2025-26), aimed at simplifying procedures and accelerating biomass energy projects nationwide.
