MNRE Issues National Repowering & Life Extension Policy For Wind Power Projects on December 7, 2023
On December 7, 2023, the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) issued the National Repowering & Life Extension Policy for Wind Power Projects, replacing the 2016 policy. This updated policy focuses on replacing older wind turbines with newer, more efficient models even before their design life ends.
