The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) has reconstituted its three-member Dispute Resolution Committee (DRC) with retired IAS officers Rajesh Bhushan, Kumar Alok, and Dr. Rajendra Shankar Shukla. The DRC, established in 2023, addresses disputes arising in Renewable Energy Projects and agreements beyond the contractual scope.
